Items will be shipped WITHOUT TRACKING unless you choose to upgrade at checkout. There will be no refunds due to lost or stolen packages that may happen through the mailing system. If you are concerned about your items being lost or stolen you may purchase tracking by upgrading at checkout, tracked packages are insured.

There will be no refunds due to lost or stolen packages for items shipped without tracking.
For items sent with tracking refunds due to lost or stolen packages will be provided.
Please Contact us within 14 days of purchase with any issues that arise and we will determine the result.
Returns are accepted however, they are not accepted for custom orders.
