How long are processing times?

Normal processing times are 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on the product.

What are the payment options?

Currently we are accepting e-transfer, you can also use paypal by contacting me. If there is a desire to use your credit card you can order through our etsy shop.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns if you contact us within 14 days of shipment of your order. However, we do not accept returns for custom orders.

Do you do custom orders?

Kirr Bijoux does custom orders, please contact us via our website chat, email or if you see a product you like you can always add customizations to it in our shop!
